NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-013129 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee, f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee for SACO1 Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1999-3, is the Plaintiff and Linda Woodall, Individually, and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Margaret Ann Young Scales a/k/a Margaret A. Scales a/k/a Margaret Scales, Larry Scales, Individually, and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Margaret Ann Young Scales a/k/a Margaret A.
