Final Judgment was awarded on October 9, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-004189, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC5 is the Plaintiff, and MARLENE D. GONZALEZ DE BEJERANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARLENE D. GONZALEZ DE BEJERANO NKA JORGE CORTEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE COURTS, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
