NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated April 08, 2016, entered in Case No. 09-CA-032038 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association is the Plaintiff and Leonides Damas; Unknown Spouse of Leonides Damas; Including Any Unknown Spouse of Said defendant(s), if remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, and All other persons Claiming By, Through, Under or Against the Named Defendant(s); Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Bank of America, N.A. as successor by merger to Countrywide Bank, N.A.; Grande Oasis At Carrollwood Condominium Association, Inc.; Infosur Traders Corporation d/b/a Infosur Traders, Inc.; Whether Dissolved or Presently Existing, together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors or Trustees of said Defendant and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against Defendants; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 27th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2805 IN BUILDING 2800 OF GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED FEBRUARY 9, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
