YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit No. 305 of Holiday Villas II, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4059, Pages1538 through 1586, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 97 and 98, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, commonly known as 19610 Gulf Boulevard Unit 305, Indian Shores, FL 33785-2306, Parcel Identification # 24-30-14-40679-000-3050,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jennifer Lynn Codding, Esq., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12110 Seminole Blvd., Largo, FL 33778, on or before 6-6-2016 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
