Notice Is Hereby Given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 29, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 13-004567-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK c/o Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff and MICHAEL P. HIPPERT, et al., are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 7th day of June 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 45 feet of Lot 93, CENTRAL LAND AND TITLE COMPANY REPLAT, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 15 & 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Property address: 955 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
