NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-16343-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-NC1 is Plaintiff and SANAE SWIM; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 2-P of Cassablanca Condominiums, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Page(s) 16, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4453, Page 1410 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1960 Lakewood Club Drive South #2P, Saint Petersburg, FL 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
