YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit 102, Building 33, OAKBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5653, Pages 528 through 586, inclusive, and the amendment thereto recorded in O.R. Book 5813, Page 1576 and 1577, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 73, Pages 11 through 15, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments and attachments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
