NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-006593-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JACQUELINE BRAWNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Dartmouth Building, Unit 105, as shown on Condominium plat of FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 302. INC., A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 94, 95 and 96. Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed July 27, 1973 recorded in Official Records Book 4058, Page 1419 through 1481, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as form time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Book Records of Pinellas County, Florida: together with the exhibits attached hereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
