YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 101, Building 1, of VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in that certain Declaration of Condominium shown in Official Records Book 14909, Page 1961, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 200 Country Club Drive, #101, Largo, Florida, 33771.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 6-6-2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
