Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 1, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 9 AND 20 FEET OF VACATED STREET ON THE SOUTHWEST, BLOCK 1, FIRST UNIT OF MONTICELLO PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4222 DR ML KING JR ST N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33703; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 6, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
