NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 3rd day of June, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
SITUATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF PINELLAS, AND IN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER: THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 203, BUILDING C, OF RUSTLEWOOD AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TENANTS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATIONS OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4665, PAGE 132, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 46-51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 14-008459-CI now pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
