NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 05, 2016, and entered in 15-001280-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, RUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BENITO B. RREDONDO A/K/A BENITO BRAVO ARREDONDO A/K/A BENITO ARREDONDO, DECEASED; TONY F. ARREDONDO; FRED L. ARREDONDO; ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC.
