NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2016, and entered in 13-011327-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2003-NC8 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH THE ESTATE OF KATHLEEN COOK A/K/A KATHLEEN F. COOK; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 06, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
