SCHRAMEK; FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG, NO. 303, INC., A CONDOMINIUM are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT D-301, FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 303, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 303, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4068, PAGES 1766, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 22 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
