NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 16, 2016 and an Order to Re-Set Sale Date dated April 28, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2014-005213-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein FIRST AMERICAN FUNDING, LLC a New Jersey limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and QUANG NGUYEN, et al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on June 2, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block Q, Pinebrook Estates Unit Two, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 77, at Pages 11 through 14, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
