NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2014 and entered in Case No.: 14-001401-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein DOUGLAS LEE SIMPSON and STEPHANIE FAYE BROWN are the Plaintiffs and FRANKLIN B. FITZGERALD, ERIN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC and COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL SYSTEMS are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cast at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on June 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
That part of East 1/2 of West 1/2 of Farm 8, Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 15 East, as shown by plat of Pinellas Farms recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 4 and 5, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a pipe where the East line of the West 1/2 of said Farm 8 intersects the North line of Pinellas County Road No. 16 (said P.O.B. being 30 feet North of the quarter section line of said section); run thence North 51.65 feet along said East line of West 1/2 of Farm 8; thence West 74 feet; thence South 51.65 feet to a point in the North boundary of said County Road No. 16 to P.O.B.
having the post office address of 7799 46th Avenue N. St. Petersburg, FL 33709.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
