NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-007478-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 4, is Plaintiff and RICHARD P. GAGOSIAN, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27th day of MAY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 52, BLOCK 7, TYRONE GARDENS SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
