Final Judgment was awarded on April 8, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-001318-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF JANEAL L. WILSON A/K/A JANELA ROSE WILSON; MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION INC; DALE E. LAWRENCE; DALE E. LAWRENCE AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE; ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT O-105, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM II PHASE III A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 30, 1980 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5083, PAGE 1431 THROUGH 1505 INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5138, PAGES 436 THROUGH 442 INCLUSIVE, FURTHER AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5192 PAGES 744 THROUGH 750 INCLUSIVE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
