NOTICE is hereby given that, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 1st day of June, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online website www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 46, DUNEDIN LAKEWOOD ESTATES THIRD ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 71, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, plus the abutting 5.00 feet lying Southerly being more particularly described as follows: From the North 1/4 corner of Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, run South 0°08'48” West 1815.15 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue South 0°08'48” West 5.00 feet; thence North 88°40'39” West 104.39 feet; thence run North 0º09'32” East 5.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 46; thence run Easterly along the South line of said Lot 46, 104.39 feet to the Point of Beginning.
