NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 31, 2016, entered in Case No. 13-004048-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-21 is the Plaintiff and Aneita Beharie; Unknown Spouse of Aneita Beharie; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, KIBBEE ADDITION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 69 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
