Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2016, entered in Civil Case Number 15-005250-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and MEGAN M. SOBCZAK A/K/A MEGAN M. HANCOCK, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 72, Block B, LAKE ST. GEORGE - UNIT VI, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 70, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of June, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
