NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-002590-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2007-5, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and Frederick E. Hawes; Unknown Spouse of Frederick E. Hawes; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Aegis Wholesale Corporation are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 48, DOTSON'S GROVE ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
