NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 19, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-005047-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CONNIE J. HOLDEN A/K/A CONNIE HOLDEN, RANDY HOLDEN, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE , CHALET-ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUMS, INC., KEVIN HOLDEN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CONNIE J. HOLDEN A/K/A CONNIE HOLDEN, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN HOLDEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RANDY HOLDEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. TARPEY, SR., any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Connie J. Holden a/k/a Connie Holden, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of June, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 214 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CHALET BY THE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3881, PAGES 775 THROUGH 811, INCLUSIVE AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 88 AND 89, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
