NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 28, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-006327-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and STEPHEN B. ANGEL AKA STEPHEN BRADLEY ANGEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN BRADLEY ANGEL A/K/A STEPHEN B. ANGEL; WESTFIELD LAKES PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on May 31, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 99, WESTFIELD LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 35 THROUGH 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
