V. JESUS DARIO IDARRAGA and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David Y. Klein, Esq., plaintiffs attorney, who address is Milberg Klein PL, 5550 Glades Road, Suite 500, Boca Raton, FL 33431, 30 days from date of the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. The real property which is the subject matter of this litigation is described as follows:
Condominium Unit No. 433 of THE FOUNTAINS AT METROWEST, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8594, Page 3449, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
