NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2016, entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001915-00 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST JEFFREY A. LAIRD A/K/A JEFFREY ALAN LAIRD, DECEASED; JENNIFER JEAN TAYLOR A/K/A JENNIFER J TAYLOR, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JEFFREY A. LAIRD A/K/A JEFFREY ALAN LAIRD, DECEASED ; BRUCE G LAIRD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the June 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 165 FEET OF TRACT 47, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
