HART; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS AND, TRUSTEES, OF ANTHONY V. POVILAITIS, JR., DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH, UNDER, AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); VICTOR POVILAITIS; TONY ACIA; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A SOUTHTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A KAREN DANCE ; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 2 N/K/A JAMES R. ALLAIRE are the Defendant(s).
