NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of May, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14002241CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2003-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-8, is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN S. OBENSHAIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN S. OBENSHAIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
