NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 02, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002133 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FK.A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-43, is Plaintiff and Patricia M. Bahl Rausche, are Defendant(s), the Office of Barbara T. Scott, Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
