NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2016, and entered in 2010-CA-000540 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff and BOBBY E. SPEARS; RITA SPEARS are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 03, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT A POINT 405 FEET SOUTH AND 330 FEET EAST OF THE NE CORNER OF NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, THENCE SOUTH 70 FEET, THENCE WEST 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 70 FEET, THENCE EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
