NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 15, 2016, entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-001737 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10 is the Plaintiff and Iris Eastman; United States of America c/o Jennifer W. Corinis, Esq.; MOTE RANCH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., c/o Scott K. Petersen, Esq.; Unknown Tenant #1; The Unknown Spouse of Iris M. Eastmant; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, MOTE RANCH PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF , AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31 AT PAGES 118 THROUGH 123, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
