NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015CA005409AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF MINNIE PEARL EDWARDS, DECEASED; SHARON CECELIA DAVIS A/K/A SHARON C. DAVIS F/K/A SHARON CECELIA EDWARDS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MINNIE PEARL EDWARDS A/K/A MINNIE P. EDWARDS , DECEASED; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons and parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

THE WEST SEVENTY-ONE (W 71 FT) FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 3, HOUGHTON'S ADDITION TO NEW MEMPHIS, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 147, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
