Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 21, 2016, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on May 5, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 1A/B IN BLOCK “A” OF VILLAS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 83, AND REPLATTED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 115, 116 AND 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on June 7, 2016, beginning at 11:00 AM.
