NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 18th day of April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003321, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3,, is the Plaintiff and PAUL A. GUCK; FISHER SERVICES, INC.; PINEHURST ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Angelina Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 24th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, PINEHURST, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1067, PAGE 3006, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 97 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 27, PAGES 98 THROUGH 100, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
