NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 5, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000519 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Hart Lake Cove Homeowners Association, Inc., Oneil Reid aka O'Neil Reid, Sharon Reid, W.S. Badcock Corporation, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 6th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
