NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009CA-013949-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Deborah Cullen are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on June 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 200, GOLF VILLAS II AT POINCIANA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
