Notice is given that under a Final Judgment dated April 28, 2016 and in Case No. 2015-CA-2855 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which LAKESHORE CLUB OF POLK COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., the Plaintiff and LUIS DANIEL ALVIRA the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on June 2, 2016 the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 353, Lakeshore Club, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 111, Page 16, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
