WILSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 27, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE THEREOF 155.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE THENCE WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE 179.5 FEET; THENCE NORTH AND PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID EAST 1/2 OF SW 1/4 279.16; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID E 1/2 OF SW 1/4 179.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID EAST 1/2 OF SW 1/4 278.85 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING TRACT 2, MARCUM ACRES, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION.
