NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2015CA001113 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2, is Plaintiff and RAFAEL ROSAS; IRENE SILVA A/K/A IRENE SYLVA; MARTIN VIERA, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 6 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 150 feet of Tract No. 23, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 23, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 9 and 10, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
