NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 1st day of April, 2016, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., formerly known as Harris N.A., is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM J. CRITSER a/k/a WILLIAM J. CRISTER, WILLIAM J. CRITSER a/k/a WILLIAM J. CRISTER, as Trustee of the WILLIAM J. CRITSER TRUST under Agreement dated January 16, 2002, a/k/a the WILLIAM J. CRISTER TRUST under Agreement dated January 16, 2002, NADA ISAILOVICH a/k/a NADA ISAILOVICH CRITSER, BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., formerly known as Harris N.A. and DaVINCI'S FRESCO & FAUX, INC., are the Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 13-2799-CA, I, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m. on June 6, 2016, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, the following described property, situate and being in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 321, Marco Beach Unit Nine, according to the map of plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 69-73, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
