Final Judgment was awarded on April 7, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA002313000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and AVERY SMITH AKA AVERY A SMITH; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; JULIE SMITH; REGAL MOBILE HOME SALES, INC.; CARMEL FINANCIAL CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
