NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 23, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of June, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 776, UNIT NO. 2, PALM RIVER ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 96 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.:.
