NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2015 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 28, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-003834 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-19CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-19CB, Plaintiff, and ANGELIQUE S. HYSLER; KEVIN HYSLER; BMO HARRIS BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO M&I MARSHALL AND ILSLEY BANK are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 6 day of June, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK F, MYRTLE COVE ACRES, UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
