NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 12, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-00748 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and James Duncan, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Evelyn C. Stone a/k/a Evelyn Stone, deceased, James Carl Duncan a/k/a James Duncan, as an Heir of the Estate of Evelyn C. Stone a/k/a Evelyn Stone, deceased, Target National Bank, The Unknown Spouse of James Duncan n/k/a Penny Duncan, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF TRACT NO. 29, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 77 AND 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
