NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-02610-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and WANDA I. GARCIA; MARIO ALEXANDER GARCIA, JR A/K/A MARIO A. GARCIA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; PRIME MORTGAGE LENDERS, INC.; SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC; ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1331, ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3776, PAGES 2841 THROUGH 2974, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE 194
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
