NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 24, 2016 , and entered in Case No. 112014CA002695XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Alternative Loan Trust 2006-6CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-6CB is Plaintiff and CHET W. LEVANCE; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.,11:00 a.m. on the June 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 168, UNIT 51, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 84 AND 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
