NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated 4 day of May 2016 entered in CASE NO.: 15-CA-051155 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RES-FL EIGHT, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ILIA BASORA F/K/A ILIA HAYWARD is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, Lee County, Florida, at 9:00 A.M. on the 3 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 2993, UNIT 43, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 48 THROUGH 57, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
