NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-051031 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Elenore Bergstrand a/k/a Elenore B. Bergstrand, deceased; Brian Hainke, as an Heir of the Estate of Elenore Bergstrand a/k/a Elenore B. Bergstrand; Debra Craig, as an Heir of the Estate of Elenore Bergstrand a/k/a Elenore B. Bergstrand; Kathy Lynn Krivas, as an Heir of the Estate of Elenore Bergstrand a/k/a Elenore B. Bergstrand; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Whiskey Creek Village Green Condominium, Section Ten, Inc. and Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1014, WHISKEY CREEK VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM, SECTION TEN, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPERTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1408, AT PAGES 914, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, AT PAGES 116 THROUGH 118, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1416, PAGES 1882 AND 1883, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1429, PAGES 437 THROUGH 439 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
