NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-051388 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Asset-Backed Securities 2007-2 Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2, Plaintiff and Juan A. Mercado are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13 AND 14, BLOCK 2940, UNIT 42, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 32 THROUGH 44, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
