NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-050707 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank N.A., successor trustee to Bank of America, N.A., successor to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and Deborah A. Sommerville, Michael J. Somerville Sr. aka Michael J. Somerville, Bank of America, N.A., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
